「愛網重重」關懷與門徒同行

在關係日益疏離的世代，教會蒙召成為一個彼此相愛、彼此陪伴的屬靈家人。2026 年，
本教會將推動「愛網重重」關懷與門徒同行計畫，盼望在基督裡建立一張真實而溫暖的關
懷網，讓每一位弟兄姊妹都被看見、被記念、被陪伴。
「愛網重重」不是增加活動的事工，而是一個回到關係本質的牧養行動。我們相信，神常
透過人與人的同行，使生命得著更新與成長。這個計畫鼓勵以簡單、可持續的方式彼此關
心，包括問候、代禱、生日祝福、相聚分享，以及在生命重要時刻的陪伴。
本計畫特別關懷新會友、慕道友、長者、青年、家庭，以及正處於人生轉折中的弟兄姊妹
，同時也邀請全教會以禱告與實際行動參與這張愛的網絡。
我們盼望，教會不只是一個聚會的地方，更是一個屬靈的家，讓每個人都能知道：在教會
裡，有人記得我，有人為我禱告，有人願意與我同行。

2026 Church Care Ministry Plan
“A Network of Love” – Care & Discipleship Journey 
In a time when relationships are often fragmented and people feel increasingly isolated, the
church is called to be a spiritual family marked by love, care, and faithful presence. In 2026, our
church will launch the “A Network of Love” Care and Discipleship Ministry, seeking to build a
Christ-centered network where every person is seen, remembered, and accompanied.
This ministry is not about adding more programs, but about returning to the heart of pastoral
care—genuine relationships. We believe God often works through simple, faithful
companionship, shaping disciples through everyday acts of love. Participants are encouraged to
care for one another in sustainable and natural ways, such as checking in, praying together,
offering birthday blessings, sharing meals, and walking alongside one another during significant
life moments.
“A Network of Love” places special emphasis on welcoming new members and seekers, as well
as caring for seniors, youth, families, and those navigating life transitions. At the same time, the
entire congregation is invited to participate through prayer and tangible expressions of care.

Through this ministry, we hope our church will be more than a place of worship—it will be a
spiritual home. A place where each person knows they are remembered, prayed for, and never
walking alone.
The church is not a program center,
but a network of love.
In this network, no one stands alone.
